We have a large team of people who work behind the scenes to support the frontline staff. They do things like design services and programmes, do research, handle legal issues, and manage information technology – to name a few!
Internships
Our internship programme offers university students the opportunity to undertake work related to their studies, and in turn gain first-hand experience of the public sector and the work we undertake.
Kaitūao - Volunteers
Volunteering within Ara Poutama Aotearoa supports our goal of reducing re-offending, by assisting people to meet their rehabilitative needs and transition back into the community.
